Andrew Schwarz and Benjamin Conrad of AS Advisory were appointed Joint and Several liquidators of River Dale Building Group Pty Ltd ATF First Trust (“the Company”) Trading as Chatham Homes on 2 October 2023.
Chatham Homes operates solely in Victoria as a residential builder. The liquidators will not be trading the Company and works on current builds ceased following our appointment.
